How to Request Data Deletion
If you connected, logged in, submitted a form, sent a message, or otherwise shared data with an ASV Business Solution app through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service, you may request deletion of your data using the instructions below.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line User Data Deletion.
Please include the following details so we can find and verify your records:
- Full name
- Email address or phone number used with the app
- Facebook or Instagram profile name, if applicable
- Name of the business, page, campaign, or form you interacted with, if known
- Short description of the data you want deleted
What We Will Delete
After verifying your request, we will delete personal data associated with your request from our active systems, including applicable profile details, contact details, messages, lead form submissions, campaign responses, and integration records.
Some information may be retained only when required for legal, security, audit, dispute, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.
Processing Time
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period. If we need more information to verify your identity or locate your data, we will contact you using the email address you provided.
Remove App Access from Facebook
You may also remove app access directly from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, selecting the relevant app, and removing access.
